Oats and Cashew Butter Modak
Ingredients
1 cup Pintola Jumbo Rolled Oats, ground to flour
1/4 cup Pintola All Natural Cashew Butter
1/4 cup date paste
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Chopped cashews for filling
Instructions
Mix oats flour, cashew butter, date paste, and cardamom powder.
Add warm water gradually to form a dough.
Divide the dough into small portions.
Shape each portion into a cup, fill with chopped cashews, and seal to
form a modak shape.
Steam the modaks for 10-12 minutes.
