Oats and Cashew Butter Modak

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pintola Jumbo Rolled Oats, ground to flour
  • 1/4 cup Pintola All Natural Cashew Butter
  • 1/4 cup date paste
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • Chopped cashews for filling

Instructions

  • Mix oats flour, cashew butter, date paste, and cardamom powder.
  • Add warm water gradually to form a dough.
  • Divide the dough into small portions.
  • Shape each portion into a cup, fill with chopped cashews, and seal to
    form a modak shape.
  • Steam the modaks for 10-12 minutes.
